Purchasing an ELO boost comes with the risks of account termination and/or rank resets. Although we cannot guarantee the absence of risks, we have discovered various ways to avoid bans through our many years of experience. By offering safety measures such as offline boosting and/or using a VPN close to your location, we currently have a 0% ban rate. No. Boosters will never display toxic behaviours. The only method of communication conveyed by boosters will be basic gaming language, such as "no flash top", along with pings.
No. Every account has a specific email linked to it, which is accessible only by its owner and can always be recovered. To ensure the safety of your account, please make sure your account has an email linked to it and successfully verified. As an example even if we wanted to take your account, we can not do so as its impossible. We also take additional safety measures to ensure all information is kept safe with us. After the completion of any service, please change your passwords.
No. Boosters will never initiate conversations, reply to messages, add, or remove summoners from your friends list. If requested, boosters can utilize the "offline mode", which makes chat completely unavailable.
Boosters may or may not change your runes, depending on the game, their champion pick, and pre-existing rune pages. In the event that you have multiple rune pages, they will only make changes to one page, continuously, if needed.
No. Boosters will never spend your BE/RP, unless requested via dashboard chat or a personal note to the booster. We do not make any transactions without the owners consent.
If you like the performance of the individual booster assigned to you, you may tip them an amount of your choosing. Tips are not required.
There is no set time length of when a boost order is completed. To stay up to speed, you can receive live updates on your orders progress via the dashboard chat.
We're sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience. Unfortunately, all services are non-refundable once they have been started. We cannot guarantee to fix any issues, but you may contact us on live chat and we can try helping you out.
We currently support all regions. If only a set amount of regions are appearing when placing an order, it is because we currently do not have enough boosters for other regions. If your desired region is unavailable, you may contact us via live chat and we can attempt to pair you with a booster manually.
